Approximately 6 weeks prior to camp, you will receive a letter with final details about camp and the Elite Camp Medical Form. You will be asked to return the form with your final payment and with proof of up to date vaccines you have received. Many school nurses have the appropriate physical and vaccine records from which you can request a copy. It is required by the State of Massachusetts that all campers have a physical within the year prior to the start of camp.

Cancellation Policy
All $200 deposits are non-refundable. All cancellation/refund requests must be made in writing and received 7 days prior to the start of a camp session. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after the 7-day cutoff.

Opening Day of Camp Registration
All campers will register on the opening day of camp between 12 and 2 p.m. First camp session starts at 2:15.

Housing & Meals
All campers are housed in on-campus dormitories supervised by camp staff. A certified athletic trainer is on site 24 hours a day. All meals are served in the Bentley College dining hall. The first meal is dinner on the opening day of camp. We highly recommend that all campers eat at least one meal prior to the first session.

Roommates
Write the name of your preferred roommate (1) on the camp application. Although the Elite Camp Directors do their best to put you with your preferred roommate, we cannot guarantee one particular roommate due to dorm space and multiple requests for one roommate.
